The lifestyles of the rich and famous always seem to draw others towards them. What is it about being rich or being a well-known celebrity that makes the rest of us want to peak into their world and see exactly what they’re doing? Whatever it is, seeing the products and services that the wealthy get to make use of is very interesting. There are a number of different things that money can buy for you, and if you’re one of the lucky few that is truly wealthy, you know exactly what services and products you get to play with.

One of the major attractions for the wealthy is jewellery. Purchasing expensive tennis bracelets, diamond rings, fancy earrings, and necklaces dripping with precious jewels is an expensive habit, but the wealthy love to look good. Even if they can’t purchase them, you’ll often see celebrities wearing borrowed or rented jewellery at high-profile events like the Oscar awards. You’ll also often hear of celebrities giving their significant others expensive rings and other types of jewellery for holiday gifts or for engagement gifts.

The wealthy also enjoy their cars. Many buy expensive BMWs, Porsches, Ferraris, and other big name luxury cars to drive around in. Some don’t even drive them that much but just enjoy having them to show off every now and then. Others buy a fancy car and then hire a chauffer to do the actual driving. Along with cars, yachts are also a favorite pastime of the rich. They often purchase these private boats and yachts so they have a place to host parties that the paparazzi can’t easily crash. A party out on the sea or even on a lake makes for a different kind of setting that is semi-private as well.

Finally, the wealthy like to take expensive holidays. Many visit Hawaii, Paris, New York City, Rome, Tokyo, and other expensive locations. Some like to head to little known island getaways like Maldives and Mauritius, while others head to new tourist attractions like Dubai. Some embark on world tours or spend several weeks touring just one country. Of course, they stay only in the best resorts and hotels and generally eat at five-star restaurants. Shopping while on these holidays has no limit, either; some blow a lot of money on souvenirs and other things.
